Maintenance Technician - building systems (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Cedar Field Construction and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
