Maintenance Technician - building systems (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Stone Farms is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
