Maintenance Technician - building systems (Jackson, MS)

Summit Timber Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
