Maintenance Technician - building systems (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Indianapolis, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
