Maintenance Technician - building systems (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Iron Property Management manages apartment communities around Indianapolis, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
