Maintenance Technician - building systems (Houston, TX)

Amberfield Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Houston region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Houston. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for harvest schedules in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
