Maintenance Technician - building systems (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Stone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Houston. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 888 people based in Houston. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
