Maintenance Technician - building systems (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Sable Press is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for customer orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
