Maintenance Technician - building systems (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 805 people based in Houston. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
