Maintenance Technician - building systems (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Lantern Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
