Maintenance Technician - building systems (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Ridge Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Honolulu. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
