Maintenance Technician - building systems (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Energy and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for outage response in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
