Maintenance Technician - building systems (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Quill Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
