Maintenance Technician - building systems (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Timber Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 707 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
