Maintenance Technician - building systems (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Fresno, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
