Maintenance Technician - building systems (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Beacon Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
