Maintenance Technician - building systems (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Quill Facilities Partners is a facilities company in El Paso with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
