Maintenance Technician - building systems (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Loom Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Denver, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Denver. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
