Maintenance Technician - building systems (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Summit Health and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for field records in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
