Maintenance Technician - building systems (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath North Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Dallas area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 673 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
