Maintenance Technician - building systems (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Iron Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
