Maintenance Technician - building systems (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Cobalt Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Dallas and nearby communities, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
