Maintenance Technician - building systems (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Amber Construction Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
