Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ember Press and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 754 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for press runs in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
