Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Union Facilities looks after properties across the Charlotte region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
