Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
