Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Basin Farms is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for grower contracts in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
