Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Keystone Freight and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for proof of delivery in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
