Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Charleston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
