Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charleston, SC)

Northwind Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
