Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for service complaints in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
