Maintenance Technician - building systems (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management looks after rental homes across the Buffalo area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
