Maintenance Technician - building systems (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Lantern Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
