Maintenance Technician - building systems (Boston, MA)

Cedar Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Boston area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Boston. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
