Maintenance Technician - building systems (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Kestrel Water Authority Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 659 people based in Boston. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
