Maintenance Technician - building systems (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Haven Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
