Maintenance Technician - building systems (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge River Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Atlanta and nearby communities, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
