Maintenance Technician - building systems (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
