Maintenance Technician - building systems (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Kestrel Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
