Maintenance Technician - building systems (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
