Maintenance Technician - building systems (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Granite Property Management Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
