Maintenance Technician - building systems (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Anchorage. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
