Maintenance Technician - building systems (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Pike Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
