Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Willow Construction Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
