Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Wichita. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
