Foxglove Sable Press is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
