Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Union Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
