Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
