Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Knowledge of freight terms.
