Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tulsa focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
